1. Shipping & Delivery Policy - will depend on shiprcket but we will try to make it faster as much as we can.

2. Returns & Refund Policy - For every product 07 days returns policy except car hanging perfume. For car perfume - Non returnable. 07 days replacement option for defective/damaged on arrival.

3. Warranty Policy (specific to automobile accessories)
car LED Headlights: 24 months replacement guarantee
Bike LED Headlights: 12 months replacement guarantee
Tyre Inflator: 18 months warranty
Car Charger: 12 months replacement guarantee.
Perfumes: no warranty
Coverage: manufacturing defects only.
Exclusions: mishandling, water damage, wrong installation, physical damage.

4. Cancellation Policy
Covers:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (full refund).
Once shipped, cannot cancel — must request return after delivery - This point needs to discuss with TPA
COD orders not accepted repeatedly from customers with past RTO (to control fraud).
Also require OTP authorization while checkout

5.Payments & Security Policy
Covers: accepted payment methods - UPI/Card/wallet/COD
Security: “We do not store your card details. All payments are processed securely via [Razorpay}
Refund within 3-5 working days
